A leading contributor to citizen science, Big Blue Diving Khao Lak specializes in turtle research trips with real data collection and conservation partnerships in the Similan and Surin Islands.
Purpose Activities
Multi-day liveaboard led by Andaman Turtle Watch turtle specialists, combining hands-on citizen science, turtle photo-ID, research dives, workshops, and real-time data submissions for active sea turtle conservation. You’ll take part in monitoring dives, workshops, and conservation data submissions alongside marine experts. If you aren't fully qualified yet, you can still sign up for it - we'll help find the right training pathway for your current skills.
Trips also include habitat cleanups and access to all research results. Advance booking required.
