This 10-week package combines the full PADI Instructor Development Course (IDC) with intensive hands-on marine research. Candidates gain specialty instructor qualifications, then participate in live coral and mangrove nursery work, lionfish containment, fish and benthic surveys, and whale shark data collection with the WSORC research NGO. This immersive route leads from professional instructor to practical conservation scientist directly in the field. If you aren't fully qualified yet, you can still sign up for it - we'll help find the right training pathway for your current skills.
