About This Program
Dive Aran is deeply embedded in the local island community, volunteering skills through the Aran Dive Support Team and advancing marine awareness and responsible diving on Inishmore.
Purpose Activities
Volunteer divers use their skills to support island events, assist local authorities during incidents, and provide safety advice for marine activities on Inishmore.
Primarily focused on practical support for the local community; not a commercial or emergency rescue service.

Fun Diving
Daily boat trips and shore dives around Inishmore’s Atlantic coastline, with small groups and personalized guidance at wild local sites.
Training Courses
Full SSI range from Open Water up to Divemaster and Instructor, all supported by experienced instructors and practical workshops, with on-site training areas.
Accommodation
On-site or affiliated island accommodation available by request, just a short walk from the dive centre’s main facilities.
