A long-standing Sydney dive center recognized for monthly Dive Against Debris cleanups, active site adoption, and strong links to PADI AWARE conservation initiatives.

Purpose Activities

Join a monthly clean-up at Manly Cove or Shelly Beach, remove debris underwater or from shore, and contribute directly to Project AWARE's data. Suitable for divers, snorkelers, and non-divers alike.

Open to snorkelers, freedivers, certified divers, and beach volunteers.
Required: Nothing for snorkelers and beach volunteers
Required: Open Water certification for divers
Equipment provided: Mesh Bags, Safety/First Aid Equipment, Discounted Gear Hire

All gear rental is half-price for clean-up participants. Data from debris collection is reported to PADI AWARE for global research.

How to Join:

Simply arrive at the location.

  1. Go to Dive Centre Manly main desk.
  2. Arrive 15 mins early for event check-in.
  3. Staff will direct you to the cleanup organizer and gear.

Fun Diving

Guided shore, night, and specialty dives at local sites like Cabbage Tree Bay, Manly Cove, and Shelly Beach, with options for small groups and custom events.

Training Courses

Full PADI suite from beginner Open Water up to Instructor level, taught by experienced instructors, using an on-site heated training pool and modern classrooms.

Accommodation

No on-site accommodation, but central Manly location is close to many hotels and public transit.
