Purpose Activities

Yearly coastal action where you can actively help remove plastic and waste from the beach and the Garajau marine reserve, joining with the dive center and hotel staff in a celebration of World Environment Day.

Open to all guests and local community members.
Equipment provided: Cleanup Supplies, Dive Gear For Certified Divers

Collaborative event with local environmental partners; gear provided for those helping underwater.

How to Join:

Simply arrive at the main dive center desk.

  1. Go to the Manta Diving Madeira main desk.
  2. Arrive 15 mins before the published start time.
  3. Ask for the Environment Day cleanup team.

Fun Diving

Easy shore entries to the house reef of Garajau Marine Reserve, plus guided boat dives to local Madeira sites, with skilled instructors and top-quality rental gear.

Training Courses

CMAS/VDST, IAC, SSI and full PADI course progression from beginner Discovery Scuba to Instructor, taught with on-site pool and immediate open water access.

Accommodation
