Purpose Activities

Get close to wild gray whales in a designated sanctuary with local whale-wise captains, naturalist guides, and ethical viewing protocols. Includes presentations by naturalists, village visits to learn about turtle conservation, and a focus on respectful wildlife interaction within UNESCO World Heritage Area.

All guests, families welcome; no dive certification needed.
Equipment provided: Warm Jackets For Lagoon, All Meals, Guided Excursions, Accommodations

All interactions are on the whales’ terms; program run with deep local partnerships and expert guides. If you aren't fully qualified yet, you can still sign up for it - we'll help find the right training pathway for your current skills.

Additional Offerings

Fun Diving

Offers world-class liveaboard diving at Socorro, Sea of Cortez, and Baja peninsula, with daily multi-dive sites including mantas, sharks, and dolphins. Additional snorkeling and kayak activities available on wildlife trips.

Training Courses

No professional dive training programs are advertised for guests, but pre-trip PADI course options and photo/video workshops are available at SeeCreatures Dive Center in Cabo.

Accommodation

High-end onboard suites and luxury tented camps are provided, depending on the expedition. Both focus on guest comfort and proximity to wildlife.
