Purpose Activities

Join the NEOM Friends volunteering network for opportunities in habitat restoration, regreening efforts, citizen science, and community enrichment events. Volunteers support various sustainability projects, including planting native species and participating in local outreach.

Open to residents, students, and anyone wishing to volunteer in community, environmental, or restoration projects.

Fun Diving

Reef access is focused on scientific research and large-scale restoration collaborations—there are no standard fun diving tours; qualified eco-divers may assist with monitoring.

Training Courses

Offers unique scientific and conservation residencies involving actual coral nursery techniques, regreening projects, and hands-on workshops led by marine research professionals.

Accommodation

Not advertised for tourists; research, residencies, or volunteers may be housed via NEOM partner facilities or university placement programs.
