About This Program
Ocean Dimensions partners with international organizations to support manta research and biosphere conservation in Baa Atoll, with guests able to participate through photo submissions and permit-funded protection.
Purpose Activities
Spot a manta ray in Baa Atoll? Upload your photos of their bellies to help identify individuals for the Manta Trust's long-term research. Photos are submitted via the dive center, contributing directly to scientific data.
Ask staff for information on how to take proper ID shots of mantas.
How to Join:
Simply arrive at the dive center and ask about Manta ID contributions.
- Go to the dive center main desk.
- Tell staff you'd like to contribute your manta photos.
- Staff will brief you and handle your submissions.

Fun Diving
Guided dives at local Baa Atoll dive sites and the famous House Reef, plus trips to Hanifaru Bay during manta season.
Training Courses
PADI training for all levels up to Divemaster, with multi-language instructors and an on-site teaching pool.
