Purpose Activities

Learn directly about ongoing coral restoration and abandoned Fish Aggregating Device (FAD) recovery work through a guided snorkel or dive briefing, connecting your dive with local conservation efforts.

Open to certified divers and curious visitors.
Equipment provided: Snorkeling Gear, Mask, Fins, Regulator, Tanks, Weights, Wetsuit

This activity is an introduction to hands-on marine conservation and the impact of diving with Oceanika.

How to Join:

Simply arrive at the location.

  1. Go to the Oceanika Diving Club main desk on Eden Island.
  2. Arrive 15 minutes before the daily dive/snorkel departures.
  3. Ask for a conservation briefing or to join the awareness activity.

Fun Diving

Guided dives to exclusive coral reefs and local wrecks around Eden Island, Mahé, using top-line equipment, with awareness of conservation impact built into every outing.

Training Courses

Full PADI training from introductory dives to Divemaster, with conservation topics included and instruction led by passionate, experienced pros.

Accommodation

No direct on-site accommodation, but easily accessible on Eden Island with various nearby hotels and resorts.
