About This Program
A dive resort with a long-running in-house coral nursery and year-round hands-on restoration programs led by certified coral restoration instructors, integrating guest divers directly into active reef renewal projects.
Purpose Activities
Join Sunset Divers staff on a shore dive to the on-site coral nursery, where you'll help clean corals and support nursery maintenance. Tasks include clearing algae, removing predators, and basic survey work under staff direction.
How to Join:
Sign up at the dive shop or via the website before your dive.
- Visit the dive center front desk or complete the dive request on their website.
- Speak with staff about joining a coral nursery dive slot.
- Attend the dive briefing and participate in nursery work during the guided dive.

Fun Diving
Daily shore and boat dives to Grand Cayman's top reefs, wrecks, and the famous on-site house reef, plus unique sites like the Kittiwake and the Mermaid; group and private trips available.
Training Courses
Full PADI progression from Discover Scuba to Instructor, with specialties in reef ecology and coral restoration, using both a protected sea pool and ocean environments for practical training.
Accommodation
On-site boutique hotel with a range of rooms and suites, all steps from the dive center, ocean entry, pool, and waterfront restaurant/bar.
