Purpose Activities

Learn about local marine conservation work, community engagement, and Bitonga Divers’ efforts in grassroots ocean protection through weekly open talks at area resorts.

Open to all visitors and local community members

Talks are led by local divers and conservation leaders, providing a cultural and ecological perspective on Tofo’s emerging marine conservation movement.

How to Join:

Simply arrive at the designated location.

  1. Go to Tofo Scuba or participating resort venue.
  2. Arrive by the advertised start time (check in advance on site).
  3. Ask for the 'Real Mozambicans' talk or Bitonga Divers presentation.

Additional Offerings

Fun Diving

Guided boat dives to Tofo’s famous reefs, known for manta rays, whale sharks, and rich biodiversity, with small groups and nitrox available.

Training Courses

Full PADI progression from beginner to Instructor, including Divemaster programs, using an on-site solar-heated training pool and real open ocean dives.

Accommodation

Partnered with nearby guesthouses and resorts for a range of lodging options close to the dive center.
