About This Program
Hands-on coral gardening and reef maintenance offered alongside regular diving, allowing guests to support artificial reef growth through real underwater work.
Purpose Activities
Join staff and other guests in hands-on reef gardening: attaching coral fragments to artificial reef structures and learning firsthand about restoration work. Activities are guided by the dive center team and allow real, direct contribution to coral health.
How to Join:
Simply arrive at the dive center and ask about upcoming coral planting or cleaning.
- Go to the dive shop main desk.
- Arrive early in the morning to check for the day's activities.
- Ask for availability with the reef gardening team.
Additional Offerings
Fun Diving
Shore dives on the Pondok Sari House Reef and guided boat trips to local Pemuteran and Menjangan sites.
Training Courses
Complete PADI courses from beginner to pro level, with specialty options and training in a dedicated on-site pool.
Accommodation
On-site bungalows and villas at Pondok Sari Resort, directly next to the dive center.
